MTS President Mikhail Shamonin said: “The certificate will provide for the basis for permanent improvement of all branches of our activities and will allow the company controlling the quality and fulfillment of all contractual commitments and technical requirements concerning the provision of communications services”.

MTS is the largest mobile communications operator in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
