MPs of Legislative Chamber, heads of analytical department of communal, transport, capital construction and construction industry of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan, State Architecture and Construction Committee, Qishloq Qurilish Bank, representatives of ministries and departments participated at the event.

It was noted that construction of individual houses in rural areas is conducted by Town building code and other legislative acts, state programme on cardinal improving habitation condition in rural population based on approved standard projects. At the same time, it was noted that it is important to adhere to project requirements, construction of habitation.

It was noted that it is planned to construct 8,510 houses in 272 rural areas in Uzbekistan with financial participation of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

At the session, MPs noted shortages in the area along with achievement. It was said that there is shortage in land withdrawal and demands of population are not taken into account. They said that tender terms are not observed and quality of the buildings is not controlled.

MPs adopted corresponding decisions on eliminating discussed shortages.
