MPs underlined that norms of the law “On auditing activity” are efficiently used in the activities of audit organizations and local producers.

It was underlined that audit organizations of the region conducted audit inspections at 662 business entities in 2015, rendering services for 1.975 billion soums.

MPs underlined that there were shortages in the sphere. In particular, regional tax bodies revealed that the companies, which should undergo mandatory audit inspection, did not pay 600 million soums of tax and mandatory payments to budget.

It was noted that some companies also failed to pay fees for audit services. In the result, the audit organizations have receivable debts.

MPs developed some proposals and recommendations on further improving the law “On auditing activity”. The committee adopted a corresponding resolution.
