Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  A ban on the movement of motorcycles, scooters, bicycles, and mopeds near historical monuments has been introduced in Bukhara, according to the Traffic Safety Service (TSS).

Representatives of the agency stated that such vehicles could pose a threat to the preservation of cultural heritage sites and create risks for tourists and residents.

As part of the enforcement of this ban, relevant road signs are already being installed near historical monuments to inform the public of the new restrictions.
