Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Shcherbinsky Elevator Building Plant (ShchLZ), part of the DOM.RF group, has signed three cooperation agreements with construction companies in Uzbekistan, Deputy Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Yefimov said. It is reported by RIA Novosti.

“With the support of specialists from the Mosprom Center, Moscow companies took part in the International Industrial Exhibition INNOPROM. Central Asia". As a result, for the first time, one of the largest elevator-building plants in Russia signed three agreements with Uzbek construction companies for the supply of equipment within three years. The total value of the contracts is estimated at 200 million rubles,” said the vice-mayor, quoted by the press service of the city’s economic policy complex.

As Vitaly Mutko, General Director of DOM.RF, commented, the interest in the supplies of the Shcherbinsky plant at the level of foreign customers once again confirms the quality of the products of the leading Russian manufacturer of elevators.

“ShchLZ has all the necessary competencies and capacities to provide developers in Uzbekistan with innovative elevators. For the plant, this is an additional capacity load, that is, profit that will go to the development of the enterprise,” Mutko is quoted in the message as saying.

According to the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow, ShchLZ is currently capable of producing up to 12 thousand units of products annually. Entering foreign markets will allow the company not only to increase production capacity, but also create new jobs.
