Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In January-October 2023, 5.54 million foreign citizens entered Uzbekistan for tourism purposes. The Statistics Agency of Uzbekistan said in the statement.

Number of foreign citizens who entered Uzbekistan for travel purposes:

visiting relatives – 4.65 million people;

rest and leisure – 659,900 people;

official – 115,900 people;

treatment – 50,300 people;

business – 51,900 people;

studies – 14,700 people.
