More than 130,000 consumers in two regions were left without electricity

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- More than 130,000 consumers in Samarkand and Jizzakh regions were left without power supply.

Strong winds damaged the power line, reports the Ministry of Energy of Uzbekistan.

Maintenance crews are currently working to fix the problem.

According to the Ministry of Energy, as of 12:00 more than 61,500 consumers were reconnected to the network
