Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Committee for the Development of Competition and Consumer Rights Protection of Uzbekistan has fined MO’JIZA HONEYMOON LLC for violating advertising legislation.

According to the Committee, the territorial department for the Fergana region identified a violation of the requirements of the Law "On Advertising" during a monitoring process. Specifically, the advertising of products manufactured by MO’JIZA HONEYMOON LLC contained claims about medicinal properties, which misled consumers. The advertisement included references to specific instances of people’s recovery, allegedly related to the use of the company’s products.

As a result, the Special Commission of the territorial department initiated a case against MO’JIZA HONEYMOON LLC, found the company in violation of the law, and imposed a financial penalty.

Additionally, the company was issued an order to eliminate the identified violations and take measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
