Modern Training Center of TECHNONICOL Opens in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 13 November, the grand opening of the new Training Center of TECHNONICOL took place in Tashkent. The center will focus on the training and upskilling of professionals in the construction industry, offering courses that combine theoretical knowledge with practical skills on working with innovative solutions and materials.

Evgeny Voylov, Vice President of TECHNONICOL, highlighted the importance of workforce training in the construction sector: “The issue of labor shortages is relevant for all countries, and it is especially important now to increase labor productivity and reduce labor costs without compromising quality. The TECHNONICOL Training Center in Tashkent provides the infrastructure and expert base, allowing builders to implement modern practices on construction sites. Collaboration with the Center will contribute to the development of the construction industry.”

The training center offers more than 30 programs, including courses on façade, roofing, and foundation works, as well as soft skills classes, such as time management and effective negotiation techniques. Special emphasis is placed on energy-efficient technologies and modern materials for all types of construction.

The classrooms of the Center are equipped with the latest technology, enabling participants to master new areas and learn the latest trends in construction. It is expected that annually over 1,000 specialists will undergo training and enhance their qualifications.

Elvir Davletshin, Head of the TECHNONICOL Construction Academy, emphasized the role of vocational education in the development of the construction sector: “New knowledge and education are resources for scaling business and improving the quality of construction.

The training center will be an important support for professionals seeking career growth and mastering new technologies.”
The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of educational institutions, developers, builders, and architects. Alexander

Kuranov, a member of the Union of Architects of Uzbekistan, emphasized the significance of energy-efficient and high-quality solutions in construction, noting that such initiatives would contribute to improving the quality of life.
