“Mobile Internet – Children” campaign starts in Surkhandarya region
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Single communication operator Beeline (Unitel LLC and Buzton JV LLC) launched a new campaign “Mobile Internet – Children” in all regions of Uzbekistan.
On 21 June, employees of Southern Regional Branches of Unitel visited Mercy house No. 12 in Baysun region of Surkhandarya region.
Director of Southern Regional Branches of Unitel Ulugbek Ahmedov said that this year past for company under fast development of mobile internet. Soon, the company plans to develop 3G network in Surkhandarya and Kashkadarya region and it wants to connect rural areas to mobile technologies.
Computer class of the Mercy house was connected to internet with help of USB modem of Beeline, which was gifted by the company. Unitel employees gave lessons to children, informed them on advantages of distance learning.
