Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Now, while traveling, the citizens of Uzbekistan can make calls, use the Internet and pay for travel with a bank card
From January 2022, Humans customers can use mobile communications and the Internet in the Tashkent metro. Communication works at all metro stations, the Internet speed is enough to not only communicate in instant messengers, but also make video calls, watch YouTube videos, listen to your favorite music, pay utility bills and make money transfers in the HUMANS.uz application.
In addition, now Humans users can pay for travel in a contactless way - using NFC technologies, which have only recently begun to be used in Uzbekistan. The users don’t need to buy a ticket to ride the subway - just swipe your Humans VISA bank card to the turnstile reader, and the card will automatically be debited with an amount equal to the fare.
“It is important for any of us to always be in touch with family and friends,” says Vladimir Dobrynin, CEO and founder of Humans, “so we are glad that our users now remain in the access zone even in the subway. A person does not disappear on the road, you can get through to him, and the Internet helps to brighten up the travel time. Fare payment has also become convenient: there is no need to check how much money is left on the travel card and replenish it - everything is done using a Humans VISA card. And the contactless method helps to protect yourself during this difficult time and make travel more convenient and safer.”
