The applications from legal entities will be accepted online via the official website of the Innovation Center in accordance with the regulation of the Innovation Center for support of development and introduction of information technologies ‘Mirzo Ulugbek Innovation Center’. Also, legal entities can submit their applications personally or via mail.
Legal entities, regardless of their place of state registration in the territory of Uzbekistan, can apply to receive the status of resident of the Innovation Center.
Interested legal persons will be able to find information about Mirzo Ulugbek Innovation Center, requirements, rights and obligations of residents on the official website.
Directorate of Mirzo Ulugbek Innovation Center will also regularly provide information on registered residents and events of the Innovation Center on its site.
Mirzo Ulugbek Innovation Center was created in line with the presidential decree and on principle of extraterritoriality and operate within all territory of Uzbekistan with accommodation of its residents throughout the country.
The Center is created to create favorable conditions for formation and active development of high-tech industries based on the use of ICT, further deepening the integration of science, education and production in this industry.
President of Uzbekistan granted a number of privileges and preferences to the participants of the Innovation Center for support of development and implementation of information technologies “Mirzo Ulugbek Innovation Center”. In particular, the residents of the center are exempted from paying taxes and compulsory payments till 1 January 2028.
Employees of the residents of the Innovation Center will pay personal income tax at the rate of 7.5% and insurance premiums of citizens to off-budget Pension Fund at the rate of 4.5%.
