Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As part of the preparations for the Open Dialogue between the Head of State and entrepreneurs, a meeting was held in the building of the Beruni district khokimiyat of the Republic of Karakalpakstan between Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade Khurram Teshabaev and representatives of business circles of Beruni, Tortkul and Ellikkala regions.

It was also attended by heads of ministries and departments, local authorities and more than 80 entrepreneurs.

During the confidential dialogue, representatives of business circles voiced a number of concerns and shared their vision for the further development of the business climate in the region. In total, about 100 problems and proposals were voiced. They mainly concerned the allocation of loans for replenishment of working capital, registration of cadastral documents, organizational aspects of support in the implementation of new projects and other relevant topics. Each appeal was analyzed in detail with further development of algorithms for their effective solution.

Responsible persons have been given specific tasks to perform, including to improve the efficiency of further work with entrepreneurs, systemic support for business development and expansion of the export potential of the region.

Questions and proposals of a systemic nature were transferred to a specially created regional Headquarters for receiving and processing entrepreneurs’ appeals. The system is built vertically: each appeal is processed and sent to the Republican Headquarters for further analysis, prompt resolution and development of program measures to prevent similar situations.
