The meeting is directed at establishing partnership relations between state and private sector to increase attraction of investments, needed to ensure implementation of main tasks of the Global Meeting on High Level on information society by 2015.

The meeting “Unite CIS space” is aimed at mobilization of technical, financial and human resources, necessary to transition of the region to digital infrastructure and services, which is considered as engine for economic and social development.

Among preliminary tasks is to develop modern technologies and communication means, creation of favourable conditions for attraction of investments, improvement of legal environment, introduction of services with use of information-communication technologies.

Currently, a group of experts of Regional Communication Commonwealth is developing agenda of the meeting on high level “Unite CIS space” and other related issues.
