Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 10 December, the Ministry of Finance hosted a meeting with the representatives of EY audit and consulting company. 

The meeting was attended by Deputy Finance Minister Odilbek Isakov and other responsible officials of the Ministry. 

Ruta Makareviciute - Partner of Consulting practice in Uzbekistan, Askar Obidov - Director of Business Consulting Department in Uzbekistan, Gulnara Moldakhmetova - Project Manager, specialists from Ukraine and Kazakhstan Andrey Tkachuk, Kanat Sarsekeyev, Makpal Shegenova via Zoom connection and consultants of Uzbekistan office Albert Galimov and Fariza Negmatova also participated in the meeting. 

During the meeting the representatives of EY have presented the complex result of the second phase of the project and demonstrated the possibilities of optimization of business processes on the example of business processes: "Approval of the state budget law" and "Request for budget changes (up to 10%)". During the discussion the Target Operating Model and Target IT Architecture were also presented.

Specialists on both sides noted the high spirit of the team within the ongoing project and its effectiveness. At the end of the meeting, the parties reviewed future plans and thanked each other for their cooperation.
