Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In order to celebrate the 31st anniversary of Uzbekistan’s independence at a high level, the Ministry of Energy and organizations of the system took measures to provide consumers with energy resources.

In particular, on holidays:

- Normal operation of power plants, oil and gas facilities will be ensured;

- In order to prevent and timely eliminate emergencies in electrical networks, 227 duty teams have been created and provided with all necessary equipment and materials, working in the regions around the clock;

- Also, in order to improve the quality of supplying consumers with natural and liquefied gas, 244 duty teams were created and provided with all the necessary equipment and materials around the clock;

- The uninterrupted supply of electricity and gas at the venues of the festive events is taken under special control.
