Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 19 September, Uzbekistan’s Minister of Mining and Geology Bobir Islamov met with the Indian Ambassador to Uzbekistan, Smita Pant.

During the discussions, the parties exchanged views on the development of the mining and geological sector, establishing mutually beneficial cooperation, and outlined further plans for collaboration.

As a result of the meeting, a format for practical interaction was agreed upon, and specific steps were outlined to accelerate the implementation of cooperation initiatives.
