Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 9 September 2024, a delegation from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan, led by Minister General-Lieutenant Pulat Bobojonov, participated in the Global Public Security Cooperation Forum organized by the Ministry of Public Security of China in Lianyungang.
The theme of the forum was: "Successful Partnerships in Changing Conditions: Building a Global Community of Public Security."
The event was attended by approximately 400 experts from over 50 countries, including representatives from Uzbekistan, as well as international organizations such as the United Nations, Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), and Interpol.
The forum addressed pressing issues in the field of global public security, opportunities for expanding multifaceted cooperation in the region, development of communication among specialists, and promotion of joint programs.
Additionally, the forum focused on projects aimed at enhancing security and countering modern threats and risks.
