Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 14 March 2025, Uzbekistan’s Minister of Mining Industry and Geology, Bobir Islamov, held talks with Roderick Mathers, Senior Executive Director of ADQ (UAE).

The discussions focused on Uzbekistan’s growing emphasis on the development of the mining and geology sectors in recent years, key transformations within the industry, the updated version of the "Law on Subsoil," and the favorable conditions being created for investors.

Special attention was given to joint exploration of promising industrial mineral deposits and attracting investments into the sector.
