Minister of Finance of Uzbekistan to hold meeting with delegation of Afghanistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan Jamshid Kuchkarov met with a delegation of Afghanistan headed by the Minister of Finance E Eklil Ahmad Hakimi and the Minister of Transport Mohammad Hamid Tahmasi.

During the meeting, special attention was paid to discussing the tasks of implementing the most important and promising infrastructure projects in Afghanistan, including the construction of a railway line on the route Mazar-i-Sharif-Herat, construction of the Surkhan-Puli-Khumri power transmission line, and as well as other issues of bilateral cooperation.
