During it the reports of the heads responsible for the sphere were heard, important tasks were determined to improve the system of rendering public services.
So, in order to further develop the system of rendering public services this year, the Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications will create a unified, secure information platform for interaction between the State Services Centers and government agencies.
It will envisage integration of all 8 information systems and databases used in the centers - electronic queue systems, service delivery monitoring systems, service quality assessment systems, etc.
In addition, the Ministry will ensure integration of more than 20 information systems and databases of government agencies into the e-government system to automate inter-agency data exchange within the framework of the project to implement 26 public services in established centers.
Along with this, a single automated system of electronic payment and payments for paid state duties and fees for electronic public services through electronic government systems will be created and implemented.
The Ministry will continue work on raising the level of literacy of the population in the use of information technologies, which is directly related to improving the quality of public services.
