The author of the article said that Adolat called to create and introduce national innovation system a year ago as new technologies will be main component of transfer to innovative economy.
The paper said that Adolat did nothing to develop national innovation system despite active creation and introduction of new information-communication technologies. The paper added that this was main “trump” during elections.
Milliy Tiklanish said that national innovation system could not be created by only one party and naturally Social-Democrats could not brag about success in this directions as they did not study this issue and cooperated with other parties.
The party also said that the initiative also has negative side. The paper said that actions and pre-election statements of Adolat forms opinion among population that Uzbekistan did not carry out measures on introduction and support of innovations despite the country adopted several legislative acts, state programmes, projects, etc.
It added that Adolat confer to themselves of idea on introduction of innovation to economy, while Uzbekistan started to implement projects in this directions from 1993.
