Mikrokreditbank to issue ordinary shares worth 2.02 trillion soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Mikrokreditbank is set to issue ordinary shares totaling more than 2.02 trillion soums.

The bank has registered the share issuance and plans to place over 1.89 million ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of 1068 soums.

The total issuance exceeds 2.02 trillion soums. According to the bank, the shares will be placed through a private subscription.
