Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On December 3, 2024, Uzbekistan's Minister of Investments, Industry, and Trade, Laziz Kudratov, met with the rector of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), Alexey Komissarov.
The main topic of discussion was the preliminary work on organizing advanced training courses for 150 representatives of Uzbekistan's government agencies at RANEPA, Russia's leading scientific and educational institution.
The parties noted that the "Uzbekistan-2030" strategy involves a comprehensive approach to forming a talent pool necessary for addressing key tasks in the national economy's development.
In this regard, the course program was enriched with modules focused on relevant areas for training specialists.
During the meeting, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Uzbekistan's Ministry of Investments, Industry, and Trade and RANEPA.
The document aims to enhance Uzbek-Russian cooperation in education, science, and culture, as well as to implement joint educational and scientific projects. It is expected that this cooperation will improve the quality of training for Uzbekistan's government agencies.
At the end of the talks, both sides expressed confidence in the successful implementation of the plans and the further strengthening of partnership ties between the two countries.
