Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Migration Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan held a meeting with representatives from three major Russian employers.
During the negotiations, representatives of the Profrezev group of companies reported a need for 2,500 workers for construction projects in Krasnoyarsk. Currently, over 800 citizens of Uzbekistan are employed by the company.
An agreement was reached with the outsourcing company Legalons, with the support of the Migration Agency, to employ 600 fellow citizens in early 2025. These positions, which do not require high qualifications, include warehouse logistics, packaging, delivery, and trade. Currently, more than 200 citizens of Uzbekistan work in the company under good conditions and receive a decent income.
A representative from Rencons Heavy Industries stated that the company employs 3,567 citizens of Uzbekistan and requires an additional 2,500 specialists in the construction industry.
In addition, each employer presented a briefing on job opportunities, living conditions, and labor conditions.
As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached to prepare fellow citizens who expressed interest in working in the proposed vacancies, according to the employers’ requirements, and to develop long-term cooperation projects.
