Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A working group led by Deputy Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan Olimkhon Rustamov studied the implementation of investment projects being implemented in the Samarkand region.

In particular, the work carried out within the framework of the project "Production of various metal products" of LLC "Azia Metall Prof", located in the FEZ "Urgut" in the Khishrav-2 massif, Samarkand and "Construction of a modern medical clinical center" LLC "Intramed" in Samarkand region.

It is planned to create 120 new jobs at the facility of Asia Metall Prof LLC, the project cost of which is about US$35 million, and about 200 new jobs at the facility of Intramed LLC, the project cost of which is US$33.2 million.

During the conversations, the initiators of the projects voiced problematic issues. Instructions were given to provide support measures to resolve each issue raised.
