The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission of the bank for 160.2 billion soums.

Within the emission, the bank will place 149,865 million ordinary and 135,000 preferential shares with par value of 1,068 soums each.

The shares of the issue will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares with par value of 1,045 soums to new ones with nominal value of 1,068 soums.

The bank said that the difference between old and new stocks at the size of 3.45 billion soums will be paid due to undistributed income of the bank for 2011.
