The Center for Coordination and Development of the Securities Market registered a decision of the bank to issue shares.

Within the framework of this issue, the commercial bank will place 1,376,268 common shares with a nominal value of 1,068 soums each. The total amount of the issue is 1.469 billion soums.

The shares will be placed by private subscription. All the shares of this issue will be purchased by the Central Bank of Uzbekistan.

According to the bank, the authorized capital of Microcreditbank is over 592.75 billion soums.
