Microcreditbank to buy shares of Agro Invest Sug’urta
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Open joint stock commercial bank “Microcreditbank” will purchase 5 million ordinary shares of Agro Invest Sug’urta open joint stock company with par value of 1,000 soums.
According to the bank, Microcreditbank will purchase shares of the insurance company from its additional emission of stocks. Total sum of the emission makes up 9 billion soums.
Microcreditbank currently owns 83.36% stake in Agro Invest Sug’urta, but after the deal it share will drop to 63.48%.
Agro Invest Sug'urta OJSC was founded on 7 October 2008. The company functions in voluntary insurance market and works on 8 insurance classes.
