Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Russian company Metrovagonmash plans to supply 60 metro cars to Uzbekistan in 2024–2025, the Governor of Moscow region Andrey Vorobyov announced this in his Telegram channel.

Vorobyov noted that Metrovagonmash has already delivered 44 metro cars to Uzbekistan in 2023, and by the end of June it is planned to send 12 more cars. 

He also said that a new contract is currently being prepared for the supply of an additional 60 cars during 2024-2025.
