Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Specialists from the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan met with Director for Southeast Asia, Central Asia and International Cooperation of the Singapore Cooperation Agency (SCE) Eric Lee and his deputy Daisy Boone.

At the Uzbek-Singapore business forum, an agreement on cooperation "On the development of entrepreneurship and activities in the green economy" was signed. Organizational issues of the agreement were discussed at the meeting.

SCE, together with Singapore’s 16 ministries and more than 60 legislative councils, works closely to identify suitable solutions to the needs of foreign governments and to achieve their economic development goals.

The organization can provide advice and support to Uzbekistan on issues such as trade, investment and infrastructure development.

In addition, cooperation with SCE will make a great contribution to increasing the international prestige of Uzbekistan and further integration of our country into the world economy.

At the meeting, it was especially emphasized that SCE remains an important partner for Uzbekistan in achieving the goal of economic development.
