Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- First Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance Ilkhom Norkulov and Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance Jasur Karshibayev held a meeting with representatives of the Italian bank Cassa Depositi e Prestiti.

The event was also attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Italian Republic to Uzbekistan, Agostino Pinna.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the further development of bilateral cooperation. They exchanged views on potential areas for joint work and expressed interest in deepening economic ties between Uzbekistan and Italy.

Ilkhom Norkulov emphasized the importance of continuing cooperation and exploring new opportunities for implementing joint projects.

Agostino Pinna confirmed Italy’s readiness to support active partnerships in areas of mutual interest.

Representatives from Cassa Depositi e Prestiti also expressed their interest in enhancing financial cooperation and supporting joint initiatives.

As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed to actively pursue the further development of mutually beneficial cooperation.
