The company said that the Center for coordinating and controlling over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered the prospectus of emission of Matuot Tarqatuvchi on 9 November 2011.

According to the document, the company will issue 1 million ordinary shares with par value of 2,000 soums each. Total volume of the emission makes up 2 billion soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed on close subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares with par value of 1,000 soums to new ones with nominal value of 2,000 soums.

The company said that the part of shares for 1 billion soums are paid on par value and the other part for 1 billion soums will be paid due to undistributed net income of previous years at the size of 700 million soums and part of net income for 2011 at the size of 300 million soums.
