The company said that its net income made up 586.389 million soums in the second quarter of 2012.

According to the decision of shareholders, the company will direct 293.194 million soums to payment of interim dividends for the second quarter of 2012.

Shareholders also directed 234.555 million soums to increase charter capital of Matbuat Tarqatuvchi. They also issued 46.911 million soums to remuneration of the members of the board, supervisory council and revision commission.
