The company underlined that the volume of exports made up US$319.5 million in 2010. Gross profit reached 49.248 billion soums. Expenses, including taxes, exceeded 47.14 billion soums in 2010.

General shareholders meeting of the company directed 315.656 million soums to payment of dividends for 2010. According to shareholders, the company will pay 5739.21 soums of dividends per ordinary share.

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 55,000 ordinary shares, the company added. As reported earlier, the company announced about raising par value of shares from 60,700 soums to 89,800 soums.

Shareholders allocated 107.614 million soums to formation of reserve fund and 1.677 billion soums to capitalization of charter capital. The company directed 3.6005 million soums to remuneration of the Supervisory Council.
