MUIC director Farhod Ibragimov handed over a certificate to Mark Rochman during his visit to Uzbekistan.

During his visit to Uzbekistan, Rochman held meetings at the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications, the Development Center for the Electronic Government System, the Unified Integrator UZINFOCOM and informal meetings with local companies and MUIC residents. Mr. Rochman willingly shared his personal experience and observations on how to use the opportunities available in the country for the development of the IT sphere.

Mark Rochman delivered lectures to students of Inha University, Tashkent University of Information Technologies and its branch in Samarkand.

Having familiarized himself with the current conditions, Mr. Rochman seriously considers the prospect of "Openbucks" entering the Uzbek market. An interesting dialogue with the expert took place with representatives of UzMobile. There is a possibility that it will continue in the form of a practical cooperation.

Mark Rochman, as ambassador of MUIC to Silicon Valley and the global IT community, expressed his willingness to support MUIC residents in the US. In the California office of his company, Uzbekistan Work Space will be created, where residents will be able to stay for the duration of their business stay in Silicon Valley.

In addition, the businessman plans to attract foreign companies from among the partners and customers of Openbucks to Uzbekistan and assist in including the republic in the authorized list of payment systems and international trading platforms, such as PayPal, App Store, Play Market, Google Pay and others.
