In her message, she said that she hoped that the Ministry of Culture of Uzbekistan will interest in her resignation as she and the team of the museum wrote 12 reports and letters to the Minister Bakhodir Akhmedov within last 1.5 months. She said that she pin hope to the Minister, but nothing changed.
Babanazarova recalled that Minister promised to send commission of respected and experienced experts, but the museum was left for torment of swindlers, which created problems for all and image of the country.
She stated that she tried to contact the Minister of culture and sport Bakhodir Akhmedov for several occasions, but the minister did not answer to her calls.
Marinika Babanazarova said that she never asked for titles for her contribution to promote art of Karakalpakstan and Uzbekistan.
She noted that her Constitutional rights were violated in the result of the silent agreement of the Culture Minister with the decision of Ministry of Culture of Karakalpakstan as she was not provided two-week term to find other job or revise her letter of resignation. She added that the letter was written under pressure and stress. She said she will not write behavior of the Minister of Culture of Karakalpakstan against her. She said that the Karakalpak minister could carry out all this campaign politely. “I was just thrown away,” she said.
Marinika Babanazarova said seeing that some persons started to manipulate with the fact of her “voluntary” retirement, she expressed gratitude to people, the country and government as they allowed her to work in beloved job and supported her in all undertakings. She said it is honour for her to work in important governmental commissions and delegations, as well as the Central Election Commission. She said that she gave all her energy to promote Uzbekistan abroad.
Babanazarova said that she knows that the museum is not her property, but property of people and the country. She recalled that she lobbied handing over 10,000 works, which were temporarily stored at the museum after the death of Igor Savitsky, when there were hunters for these works.
Despite all difficulties, the employees of Savitsky museum are the most skilled in museum affairs in the country, Babanazarova said.
Saying that she was insulted from inactivity of the Uzbek Culture Ministry, she continues to love the country and all those, who supported her in difficult time and the museum.
