Manufacturers from Uzbekistan present their products at the Prodexpo-2023 exhibition in Minsk

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – The international specialized wholesale exhibition-fair “Prodexpo-2023” opened in Minsk, BELTA reports.

“The exhibition opened on the eve of the Day of Agricultural and Processing Industry Workers of the Agro-Industrial Complex. Our villagers have something to be proud of; we will see the products they produce on stands. Despite international events, Belarus supplies products to more than 100 countries. Our products are recognizable and in demand. I hope that during the exhibition Belarusian enterprises will conclude profitable contracts for the supply of products,” said Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Vladimir Grakun.

He emphasized that during the event, products from other countries participating in the exhibition will also be presented. “I think this product will also be able to take its rightful place on Belarusian shelves,” added the deputy minister.

First Deputy Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee Nadejda Lazarevich believes that all products presented at the exhibition will be in great demand. “We are glad that the exhibition is taking place in Minsk. All our guests from friendly countries will greatly enjoy communicating with our consumers, and we will be happy to try their products. “Prodexpo is traditionally in great demand among citizens and guests of the capital,” said Nadejda Lazarevich.

The international specialized wholesale exhibition-fair “Prodexpo-2023” is taking place in Minsk from 14 to 17 November. For 29 years, the exhibition has been introducing advanced production technologies in the food industry, promoting new brands, filling the domestic food market with high-quality food and beverages, promoting international cooperation and the exchange of experience from leading food industry manufacturers. his year, 126 participants from five countries were announced. Among them are companies, holdings and enterprises from Belarus, Russia, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, and Turkmenistan. Traditionally, the exhibition exposition will be complemented by a large-scale program of business events, during which problems and prospects for the development of the food industry market will be discussed, as well as negotiations will be organized between retailers, suppliers and manufacturers. In addition, the exhibition will host tasting competitions, an international symposium of bakers, an international culinary cup and much more.
