Mahliyo Togoeva wins bronze medal of Asian Games

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan national team won its first medal of the 17th Summer Asian Games, which is taking place in Incheon, South Korea.

Weightlifter Mahliyo Togoeva claimed the first bronze medal of Uzbekistan at the Games. In weight category of 48 kg, she lifted 187 kg: 81 in snatch and 106 kg – clean and jerk.

Margarita Yelisseyeva of Kazakhstan won the gold medal (88 kg and 106 kg) and Sri Wahyuni Agustiani of Indonesia – silver medal (80 kg and 107 kg).
