The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered the decision on emission of the stocks of the bank.

Within the issue, the bank will place 3.06 million ordinary shares with par value of 5,000 soums each. Total sum of the issue will make up 15.3 billion soums.

The shares will be placed on closed subscription among the shareholders of Madad Invest Bank.

Central Bank of Uzbekistan registered Madad Invest Bank on 22 October 2016.

Madad Invest Bank became the first new bank in Uzbekistan, which was opened in last six years.

Number of banks in Uzbekistan now makes up 27. Among them, three are state banks, 11 - joint-stock commercial, 8 private and 5 banks with foreign capital.
