Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Madad Invest Bank will increase its authorized capital to 350 billion soums.
In accordance with the decision of shareholders, the bank will issue and place shares worth 150 billion soums.
The bank will place 30 million common shares with a par value of 5 thousand soums each.
The shares will be placed by private subscription to Mominjon Yoldashev, Ravshanjon Shokirjonov and Stroy Montaj Invest LLC (founder - Mukhtorjon Yoldashev) and Yangi Avlod Qurilish Invest LLC (founder - Bakhridin Giyosov).
At the moment, the authorized capital of the bank is up to 200 billion soums.
From 1 April 2024, the minimum authorized capital of banks should be 350 billion soums, based on the amendments made in April 2023 to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Banks and Banking Activities”.
