Uzbekistan 24/05/2007 Lower house of Uzbek parliament holds session

Deputy Minister of Finance S. Bekenov and Chairman of the Committee for Budget and Economic Reforms of Legislative Chamber A.Ahadov reported on the performance of state budget for 2006 and first quarter of 2007, UzA reports.

Last year’s budget corresponded to priority tasks of reforming the country’s economy and assisted the further liberalization of economy, deepening market reforms and ensuring stable economic growth.
