Lokomotiv Tashkent wins Uzbek football league

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Lokomotiv Tashkent clinched the title of the Uzbekistan Oliy Liga for the second time in a row.

One Day before the end of the championship, Lokomotiv won the title after it claimed a 5-1 victory over Dinamo Samarkand. Currently, the team has 67 points.

Nasaf Karshi won the second place after claiming of 4-0 victory over Pakhtakor Tashkent. Nasaf has 62 points, six points more than Paktakor – bronze medalists of the championship.
