Locomotive loses to Hamburg in friendly

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Locomotive Tashkent played a friendly match against German side Hamburg on 7 January within its training camp in the UAE. The Uzbek team suffered a 3-1 loss in the match.

The Uzbek club said that Sadriddi Abdullaev scored an only goal of Locomotive in the match. Rudnevs, Aogo and Berg scored for the German side. All goals were scored in the second half.

Locomotive said that the club could not field several players due to visa problems. Islom Inamov, Jasur Hasanov, Sobir, Usmankhodjaev, Arturas Fomenko, Ruslan Melziddinov, Igor Timchenko, Ivan Nagaev and Pavel Smolyachenko could not play in the match.

Tashkent club will hold another friendly match on 17 January 2012. Shakhtar Donetsk will be opponent of Locomotive.
