Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — License of the Republican Universal Agricultural Exchange suspendedThe license of the Republican Universal Agricultural Exchange (RUAPB) has been suspended for six months, according to a statement from the Competition Development Committee.

The temporary suspension was due to partial non-compliance with the requirements for commodity and raw material exchanges.

RUAPB was registered by the Ministry of Justice in December 1996. As of 24 January 2025, its authorized capital amounted to 2.5 billion soums.

The exchange’s main activity involves organizing trading in products intended for farms and agribusinesses.

According to the financial report for the third quarter of 2024, the exchange’s revenue was just 10.2 million soums, significantly lower than the 1.42 billion soums reported in the same period last year.

The decision will come into effect officially after the expiration of the deadline for filing an appeal in court by dissatisfied parties.
