The Uzbek Finance Minister said that the license of Agro Invest Sug’urta was abolished in line with the decision of the Economic Court of Tashkent city from 24 May 2016.

Court of Appeal of Tashkent Economic Court kept the decision of Tashkent Economic Court without change with its decision from 28 July 2016.

According to the resolution of the Court of Cassation of Supreme Economic Court of Uzbekistan also kept decisions from 24 May and 28 July 2016 without changes.

In line with the decree of the Uzbek Finance Ministry from 27 September 2016, temporary administration of Agro Invest Sug’urta was introduced, the Uzbek Ministry said.
