The company will specialize in software development, installation and implementation of software and hardware, as well as the formation of project and technical documentation for the system “Electronic Government” and companies of the real economy.

Within its operations, LG CNS Uzbekistan plans to cooperate and attract local companies and developers, which will favourably impact local information technologies market.

Currently, the joint venture works over major projects of the system “Electronic Government”, which will ensure the formation of a solid infrastructure for the introduction of modern information systems and databases of the state bodies and interactive state services.

The founders of the venture are LG CNS (South Korea), Center for scientific-technical and marketing researches Unicon.uz and Uzbektelecom. Share of LG CNS in the venture made up 51% and the Uzbek side – 49%.
