Legislative Chamber passes law to amend legislative acts
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan considered draft law “On introduction of changes to some legislative acts of Uzbekistan in connection with adaptation of the law “On introduction of changes and amendments to the Law “On appraisal activity”.
The law introduces changes to Criminal Procedural Code, Civil Code, Customs Code, Tax Code, Law “On denationalization and privatization”, Law “On bankruptcy” and others.
During the decisions, MPs said the changes will help to harmonize legislation on appraisal activity, integrity and systematic regulation of legal relations, etc.
The law was passed in the first reading taking into account proposals on improvement of some clauses.
