During the discussions, it was said that the localization of products rose by 2.3 times and production of over 120 new goods have been launched. The export increased by 2.4% in the result of support of exporters in crisis conditions.
Due to anti-crisis measures, about 940,000 new jobs were created in Uzbekistan, including 500,000 in rural areas. Over 118 new production capacities were launched in 2009, including 15 in light and textile industry, 41 in food industry, 56 in construction materials production industry, etc.
It was underlined that the state budget was implemented with surplus in the first quarter 2010. Over 215,000 new jobs were created, including 150,100 in rural areas.
MPs discussed the implementation of the State Budget and approved the execution of the State budget both for 2009 and the first quarter of 2010. MPs approved corresponding resolution.
