The session discussed issues of improving draft law “On introduction of changes and amendments to the law of Uzbekistan “On radio frequency spectrum” and its inclusion to consideration at the session of the Legislative Chamber.

The Committee is discussing the draft law with participation of the faction of political parties, MPs Group of Ecologic Movement, legal department of the Legislative Chamber Office and working group.

The draft law was developed in order to execute complex of measures on ensuring secure and stable work of radio frequency spectrum in Uzbekistan. The document is directed at adopting measures on monitoring and strengthening use of radio frequency spectrum and improving control of use of radio frequency spectrum, ensuring information security of TV and radio broadcasting.

The factions of political parties and MPs Group of Ecologic Movement, committees, legal department of the Legislative Chamber Office gave their conclusions for the draft law.

After discussions, the committee adopted the corresponding decision.
